Terms of use.

Your account

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into these terms. Provide accurate information and keep your sign-in account secure. To complete onboarding, upload your CV/resume and confirm the required profile details. Cheetah creates a professional @applyto.email application address from your name; you do not need to choose one manually.

You are responsible for keeping your CV, qualifications, work rights, contact information and answers current and truthful. Tell contact@faite.ai if you suspect someone else has accessed your account. Our Privacy notice explains how we use your information.

You choose the jobs. Cheetah handles the application work.

Choosing Apply or swiping to approve a real job instructs Cheetah to prepare and, where supported, submit that application using your CV, saved profile, reusable answers and application content. Passing on a role does not instruct us to apply.

Cheetah may ask for a missing answer, pause for a verification step or direct you to an employer site. Some applications cannot be completed automatically. A queued, prepared or failed attempt is not a submitted application; Cheetah records a submission as confirmed only when supporting confirmation is captured.

AI-generated answers and cover letters can contain mistakes. Check that they accurately describe your experience. You can choose whether custom cover letters are generated automatically for future applications. Enabling this setting does not authorise applications to jobs you have not approved.

Example jobs and animated interview or reply notifications on the homepage demonstrate the product. They are not live vacancies, actual messages to your account, employer endorsements or promises of results.

Membership and billing

Creating an account and completing onboarding does not itself purchase a subscription. A paid membership or an existing authorised entitlement is required to access the application service.

Basic and Pro are billed monthly. Basic includes up to 100 submitted applications per UTC day. Pro has no Cheetah application limit, although employer systems and available matching jobs can still limit actual submissions. The purchase screen shows the current App Store price and allowance before you pay.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Apple processes mobile purchases and RevenueCat synchronises entitlement status. Stripe may process web purchases. Only applications that receive verified submission evidence count towards that allowance; unsupported, paused and failed attempts do not count as successful applications. Allowances are limits on use, not a promise that enough matching or supported jobs will be available.

Any future price or subscription changes apply prospectively, with notice where required. Your purchase and subscription records show the price you agreed to.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel renewal in Settings. Cancellation normally preserves access until the end of your paid period; it does not by itself request a refund. If you cannot access Settings, contact contact@faite.ai.

This promise is additional to your statutory rights. UK consumers generally have a 14-day right to cancel an online service contract from entering it. If you expressly request the service to start during that period, any lawful deduction for service already provided depends on the applicable rules. These terms do not waive your cancellation rights or rights where the service is faulty or not as described.

To exercise a cancellation right, email us a clear request with your account email and the date you subscribed. You do not have to use a particular form. An interview or job offer itself is not guaranteed; the refund promise above concerns your payment.

Your application email

Your automatically created @applyto.email address is provided for your job search through Cheetah. Use it responsibly for applications and recruiter correspondence, not bulk unsolicited mail or impersonation. Delivery depends on external mail systems and is not guaranteed.

The address is part of the service, not ownership of a domain or a permanent standalone email account. Before deleting your Cheetah account, export information you need and give employers an alternative contact address.

Acceptable use

Do not impersonate someone, invent qualifications or eligibility, bypass employer verification, spam recruiters, resell private data, access another account, distribute malware or overload the service. Cheetah may suspend activity or access where necessary to investigate abuse, protect users or comply with law.

Availability and responsibility

Job listings, employer forms and supported application platforms can change. Cheetah is not an employer or immigration adviser. We cannot control vacancy accuracy, employer responses or hiring decisions, and may pause an application when information or submission evidence is missing.

We will provide the service with reasonable care and skill. We do not promise uninterrupted access or exclude responsibility for failures where the law makes us responsible. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence, or limits your statutory consumer rights.

You can stop using Cheetah, export your data and delete your account through Settings. Deletion does not withdraw applications already received by employers or erase their copies.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without removing mandatory protections or rights to bring a claim that apply where you live.
